Spiritism

Spiritism is defined as a discipline established in the 19th century by French scholar Allan Kardec. But the roots of spiritism reach back to much older doctrines and you’ll find links to the spiritism roots in each of the original mystical doctrines across world nations (firstnations). The Jewish Torah, with tradition which dates back by several millennia, tells the story about underworld called “Sheol” (שְׁאוֹל). It says that it is a place where all the dead must go regardless of whether they were righteous or not. It literally defines it as “abode of the dead”. But the Hebrew word means something completely different – the root of this word is “ask”. And where are the questions, there are usually answers…
